1. Eligibility This giveaway is open to residents of the UK mainland, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Albert Bartlett and Farrington’s Mellow Yellow, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Agreement to Rules By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Albert Bartlett and Farrington’s Mellow Yellow as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.

4. Giveaway Period Giveaway opens on Monday 1st December 2025 and closes at midnight on Wednesday 10th December 2025.

5. How to Enter To enter, like the giveaway post, follow @albert_bartlett and @mellowyellowoil on Instagram/Facebook, and tag friend(s) in the comments (multiple tags count). The entry must fulfil all giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Albert Bartlett and Farrington’s Mellow Yellow.

6. Prizes The winners will receive a bundle of products from Albert Bartlett and Farrington’s Mellow Yellow including £20 Albert Bartlett Vouchers, Mellow Yellow 500ml oil & Chilli oil + 2 litre refill, oven gloves, wooden spoon, chopping board and an apron. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable.

7. Winner Selection and Notification The winner will be selected by random drawing under the supervision of Albert Bartlett and Farrington’s Mellow Yellow and invited to claim their prize on Instagram or Facebook on Thursday 11th December. There is 1 winner for Instagram and 1 for Facebook. UK entrants only. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 5 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Rights Granted by You By entering, you understand and agree that Albert Bartlett and Farrington’s Mellow Yellow, anyone acting on behalf of Albert Bartlett and Farrington’s Mellow Yellow, and its licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use your entry, name, likeness, and statements about the giveaway for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. Terms & Conditions Albert Bartlett and Farrington’s Mellow Yellow reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway should any cause beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway.
