1. Eligibility This giveaway is open to residents of the UK mainland, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. 3. Agreement to Rules By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of The Fish Society and Albert Bartlett as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.

4. Giveaway Period Entries will be accepted online starting on 9:00am 14th Of October 2025 and ending 2:00pm 17th Of October 2025.

5. How to Enter To enter, follow our Instagram pages, like the giveaway post, and tag friend(s) in the comments. Bonus entries if you share the post to your story. The entry must fulfil all giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of The Fish Society and Albert Bartlett.

6. Prizes The winners will receive a bundle of products from The Fish Society and Albert Bartlett to the total of approximately £30 each. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable.

7. Winner Selection and Notification The winner will be selected by random drawing under the supervision of The Fish Society and Albert Bartlett. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram on the 20th Of October 2025 following selection. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 5 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Rights Granted by You By entering, you understand and agree that The Fish Society and Albert Bartlett, anyone acting on behalf of The Fish Society and Albert Bartlett, and its licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use your entry, name, likeness, and statements about the giveaway for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. Terms & Conditions The Fish Society and Albert Bartlett reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway should any cause beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway.
