Pre-heat the oven to 200°C
Wash but don’t peel the Elfie potatoes. Spiralise according to your machine directions.
Pop the spiralised potatoes into a large saucepan of boiling water and par-boil for just 5 minutes.
Drain and rinse to wash away all the starch.
Spread the drained potatoes out onto a large baking tray and drizzle with a little olive oil. Not much needed!
Now sprinkle with the salt, garlic powder, black pepper and finally the smoked paprika.
Pop in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes, moving around regularly to ensure that all the potatoes become brown and crispy.
Elfie Potatoes work perfectly as they are naturally buttery enough to hold their shape.
