Boil the washed potatoes until cooked then drain.
Boil the peeled onions in salted water until tender but with a little bite.
Boil the garlic cloves in their skin until tender.
Cut the slices of bacon in half and wrap each potato and onion in the bacon.
Put the bamboo skewers to soak in water for 20 minutes to avoid them burning on BBQ.
Alternate the onion, potato and garlic on the skewers and then grill on the BBQ until hot and lightly browned.
