Poutine Inspired Loaded Chips

The best minimal effort comfort food.

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Add the Homestyle Chips to an oven proof tray and cook for 20-25 minutes at 200 until nice and crispy.

  2. Pour beef stock to a pan, mix in the corn starch slurry and leave to thicken over a medium heat. Season with garlic and black pepper.

  3. Cube the mozzarella ball and place on top of the cooked chips. Pour the beef gravy all over.

  4. Top with finely chopped chives.

500g Albert Bartlett Frozen Homestyle Chips
400ml beef stock (2 stock pots)
2tsp cornstarch
1tsp black pepper
1tsp garlic granules
125g mozzarella ball
Sprinkle of fresh chives
