Add the Homestyle Chips to an oven proof tray and cook for 20-25 minutes at 200 until nice and crispy.
Pour beef stock to a pan, mix in the corn starch slurry and leave to thicken over a medium heat. Season with garlic and black pepper.
Cube the mozzarella ball and place on top of the cooked chips. Pour the beef gravy all over.
Top with finely chopped chives.
