Buffalo Chicken Chips

If you hot sauce then try these delicious Homestyle Chips, loaded with buffalo chicken.

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Pop your Albert Bartlett Homestyle Chips onto a baking tray and cook as per pack instructions.

  2. Add hot sauce, butter, and garlic granules with the chicken and to a pan and heat through.

  3. Place the cooked chips into a baking tray and layer with a sprinkle of cheese, repeat the process and then spoon the buffalo chicken mix on top.

  4. Top with cheese and pop into the oven until the cheese is melted and gooey. Finish with the sliced spring onions.

  5. Enjoy!

100g chicken, cooked and shredded
50g mozzarella, grated
50g cheddar, grated
100ml hot sauce
Knob of butter
1tsp garlic granules
1 Spring onion, thinly sliced
