Cheese croquettes with a cranberry dip

Break through crunchy golden crusts to uncover cheesy gooey centres and dunk away in a zingy cranberry dip. We’ve taken a classic and dressed them up for party season.

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6.

  2. Place croquettes on a baking tray on the middle shelf and cook for 14 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.

  3. Fill a ramekin with a cranberry sauce.

  4. Serve the croquettes on a bed of rocket and fresh salad with the sauce. Garnish with fresh herbs.

  5. Tuck in and enjoy!
