Chinese Style Salt & Pepper Hash Browns

Albert Bartlett Hash browns shouldn’t just be for breakfast. So go on, grab yourself some Albert Bartlett Hash Browns and cook something outside of the box like these Salt & Pepper Hash Browns.

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Cook the Albert Bartlett Hash Browns at 200c for 20-22 minutes until golden brown.

  2. Once they are done, get the oil nice and hot in a wok and add in the onion and pepper, stir frying for a couple of minutes.

  3. Stir in the garlic shortly followed by the chillies.

  4. After another minute, add in the 5 spice, pepper & salt then crumble in ½ a chicken stock cube.

  5. Add the hash browns to the wok, stir fry for another minute then serve.

  6. Enjoy!

2 tbsp oil
1 onion, thickly sliced
1 pepper, sliced
1tsp garlic paste
2 red chillies
½ tsp Chinese 5 spice
½ tsp white pepper
½ tsp salt
½ chicken stock cube
