Mix 1 tsp hoisin sauce, 1 tbsp of mayo and 1 tsp water together and set aside in the fridge.
Cook the fries as per packet instructions or air fry on 190C for 12-14 mins, shaking half way through.
Tenderise the chicken, butterfly it then slice all the way through so you’ve got two pieces. Season with salt, pepper and Chinese five spice.
Air fry on 190C for 5-6 mins each side, spraying with low calorie spray both sides.
Slice or dice the chicken to your liking then coat in the hoisin sauce and place back in the air fryer for a further 1-2 mins.
Load on top of the fries, along with the sliced spring onion and cucumber and drizzle over your homemade hoisin mayo.
Serve and enjoy!
