Skewer the potatoes and broccoli alternately on a wooden or metal skewer.
Add the potato and broccoli skewers to a frying pan and sprinkle the olive oil, paprika and chilli flakes on both sides of the kebabs. Then add a tiny amount of butter.
Fry the kebabs for around three minutes on either side.
For a great summer treat, you can also cook them on the barbeque. Delicious!
