Lasagne Loaded Fries

Bring Out Your Best Side this Valentines Day with these delicious Lasagne Loaded Fries!

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C/Fan 200°C/ Gas Mark 7. Spread the Albert Bartlett Classic Fries evenly on a baking tray and place in the top of oven. Cook for 16-18 minutes until crisp and golden.

  2. In a large pan, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until soft and fragrant (about 3-4 minutes).

  3. Add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

  4. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, beef stock, oregano, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, letting the sauce thicken.

  5. Once the fries are cooked, divide them into two oven proof bowls. Spoon the Bolognese sauce evenly over the fries. Dollop light white sauce over the top and sprinkle with a blend of mozzarella & cheddar.

  6. Bake or grill the loaded fries for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

  7. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
