Leftover Christmas Dinner Loaded Rooster Wedges

Looking for inspiration to use up your Christmas leftovers?... if you have any! Look no further and try Stevie McLaughlin's recipe for loaded roast potato wedges.

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees C

  2. Cut your Original Rooster Roast Potatoes into wedges and add them to line the bottom of an oven proof dish.

  3. Cut strips of turkey, stuffing, and pigs in blankets, add these on top of the wedges.

  4. Cut your leftover vegetables and place these on top.

  5. Cut strips and grate your leftover cheese board to and add onto the dish.

  6. Re-heat your bread sauce, spoon over, and add cranberry sauce.

  7. Place the dish into the oven and bake until the cheese is golden and bubbly!

  8. Serve onto warm plates and drizzle with your heated leftover gravy.

  9. Pull a cracker and enjoy your leftovers!
