Leftover Thanksgiving Wrap

We’ve all been there with a fridge full of leftovers after Thanksgiving, so why not turn them into a delicious wrap? This leftover Thanksgiving wrap is the best way to shake up your boring lunchtime sandwich.

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Spread 100g leftover Albert Bartlett mashed potato over the base of each tortilla wrap.

  2. Top each with 30g precooked green beans, 2 slices of turkey breast, 1 tbsp cranberry sauce, 35g stuffing and 30g of cheese.

  3. Wrap up your tortilla tightly and toast seal side down in a lightly oiled frying pan over a medium heat for a couple of minutes. Once golden brown, flip the wrap over and toast the other side for a couple of minutes.

  4. Slice your wraps down the middle, serve and enjoy!

  5. Serving suggestion: Serve with some leftover turkey gravy on the side as a dipping sauce.
