Loaded BBQ Chicken & Bacon Cheese Fries

A healthy alternative on a takeaway classic!

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Cut up your potatoes, cover in chip seasoning and airfry for 20 minutes at 180° until crisp.

  2. While these are cooking, in a pan fry your chicken and bacon in garlic and bbq seasoning until browned then add the onions and cook for a few mins more.

  3. Then add the bbq sauce, tomato purée and about 50ml water. Give it all a stir and reduce for a few minutes until thickened.

  4. Take out your chips and put them into a dish, top with the chicken mixture, cheese spread and mozzarella.

  5. Grill for a few minutes until the cheese melts that’s it!

250g Albert Bartlett Original Rooster Potatoes
100g chicken breast
2 bacon medallions
Half a red onion
20g grated mozzarella
30g prim light cheese spread
1 tbsp tomato purée
1tbsp bbq sauce
1 tbsp chip seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic puree
1/2 tsp bbq seasoning
