Loaded Breakfast Chips

Did someone say breakfast for dinner? This recipe uses our fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside Homestyle Chips, topped with breakfast classics.

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a large skillet or oven-proof dish, spread a layer of cooked Albert Bartlett Homestyle chips, covering the bottom completely.

  3. Pour the baked beans evenly over the chips, ensuring they are fully covered.

  4. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheese over the baked beans.

  5. Add the crumbled bacon, sliced black pudding, sliced mushrooms, and sliced sausage on top of the cheese layer. Spread them out evenly to ensure each bite is flavourful.

  6. Crack the desired number of eggs evenly over the top of the loaded skillet. You can create little wells in the ingredients to hold the eggs in place if needed.

  7. Place the skillet under the preheated grill and cook until the eggs are set to your liking. This will take about 3-5 minutes, but keep a close eye on it to prevent overcooking.

  8. Once the eggs are cooked, carefully remove the skillet from the grill. Be cautious as the handle will be hot.
