Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Place the chipolatas on a baking tray, drizzle lightly with olive oil, and roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until they are cooked through and golden brown, turning halfway through cooking.

  3. While the chipolatas are cooking, take the pre-made Yorkshire puddings out of their packaging and place them on a separate baking tray. Once the chipolatas are nearly done, put the Yorkshire puddings in the oven for the last 5 minutes to heat through.

  4. Follow the instructions on the pack of Albert Bartlett mashed potatoes to heat them. This can typically be done in the microwave or on the stovetop.

  5. Once the Yorkshire puddings are heated, carefully fill each one with a spoonful of hot mashed potatoes. Place a cooked chipolata sausage on top of the mashed potatoes in each Yorkshire pudding.

  6. Arrange the filled Yorkshire puddings on a serving platter. Optionally, prepare some gravy to drizzle over the top. Serve immediately while hot and enjoy!.
