New York Deli Sandwiches with Homestyle Chips

The classic New York pastrami sandwich with our irresistible Homestyle Chips.

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. First, pop the Albert Bartlett Homestyle Chips into a hot oven and bake until golden and crisp. Sprinkle with a little salt.

  2. While the chips are baking, make the deli sandwiches. Cut the ciabatta loaves in half, lengthways, and drizzle over the rapeseed oil. Lay them cut side up on an oven tray and toast until golden.

  3. Spread the cream cheese on the bottom half of the ciabattas, then drain the sauerkraut and spoon a dollop over the top.

  4. Layer the pastrami over the sauerkraut and finish with the baby leaf spinach.

  5. Replace the lid of the ciabatta and cut the sandwiches in half. Serve with the chips.

200g beef pastrami
100g sauerkraut
200g cream cheese
