Oven Baked Mashed Potato

Creamy mashed potato from baked Original Rooster potatoes. Use the left over potato skins for our Potato Skins Au Gratin recipe.

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C / 400 F / Gas mark 6.

  2. Season the potatoes, place onto a tray and bake untill tender.

  3. Scoop the potatoes out of their skins and put through a ricer.

  4. Combine with a knob of butter for smooth and creamy mashed potato.

4 medium sized Albert Bartlett Original Rooster Potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Knob of butter
