Parmentier Potatoes with fresh rosemary and garlic

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Preheat your oven to 210°C Fan or Gas mark 8.

  2. Add the Albert Bartlett Parmentier Potatoes to an oven tray with the garlic butter and cook for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  3. Serve as a delicious side dish and garnish with sprigs of fresh rosemary.

  4. Enjoy!
