Parmesan Crusted Rooster Potatoes

What's better than a plate of golden brown Original Rooster potato cubes? Ones crusted in Parmesan cheese and dipped in a sour cream and chive sauce

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 200° C /400° F / Gas Mark 6.

  2. Add all ingredients and potatoes into a bowl. Mix well.

  3. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Do not turn or the parmesan won't create a crust.

  4. Add a dipping sauce of sour cream and chives for additional flavour.

3 large Albert Bartlett Original Rooster Potatoes (cubed)
1 tsp Conola oil
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
60g grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp (or to taste) salt
