Parmesan Potato Wedges

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 200°C (180°C fan). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, ensuring it's ready for the potato wedges.

  2. Thoroughly wash and dry the Albert Bartlett Potatoes, then cut them into wedges. Aim for uniform thickness to ensure even cooking.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, BBQ seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and chilli powder. Stir well until all the seasonings are thoroughly mixed.

  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss them in the seasoned oil mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.

  5. Transfer the seasoned potato wedges to the prepared baking sheet, arranging them in a single layer. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the wedges, ensuring each one is generously covered.

  6. Season the wedges with salt and pepper to taste, adding an extra touch of flavour.

  7. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30-35 minutes, or until the potato wedges are golden and crispy. Flip them halfway through the cooking time to ensure even browning.

  8. Once the wedges are cooked to perfection, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Transfer them to a serving platter.

  9. Garnish your BBQ Seasoned Parmesan Potato Wedges with fresh parsley for a vibrant pop of colour and a touch of herbal freshness.

  10. Serve these irresistible wedges as a delightful side dish or as the star of your picnic or BBQ spread. Watch as your guests delight in the crispy exterior, the explosion of BBQ flavours, and the rich, savoury Parmesan cheese, all harmoniously complementing the natural goodness of Albert Bartlett potatoes.
