Potato Casserole

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

  2. Open the Albert Bartlett Hash Brown packet and place them into the baking dish.

  3. In a bowl combine the cheese, sour cream, and mushroom soup.

  4. Melt half the butter in a large pan over medium heat; sauté the onion in the butter for 5 minutes.

  5. Add the onion to the cheese mixture and mix well. Then spread the mixture over the hash browns in the dish and sprinkle with cornflakes.

  6. Melt the rest of the butter in the pan and pour over the cornflakes.

  7. Bake in the oven for 1 hour.

  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

200g of grated Cheddar cheese
400g of sour cream
1 can of mushroom soup
220g butter
1 onion, chopped
