Potato Skins Au Gratin

Simply scoop, top with cheese and put under the grill voilĂ !

  1. Follow the recipe for oven baked mash.

  2. Now you are able to use the leftover potato skins. Take your cut in half potato skins, sprinkle some cheese over the top, pop under the grill... and voilĂ !

You can be creative with your topping. Why not try:

Cheese and spring onion
Cheese and bacon
Roasted vegetables including peppers, onion and tomatoes
Sour cream and salsa
Chilli and sour cream
