Potato Pop-Ups

Decadent. Decorative. Delicious. Tuck into something spud-tacular this Christmas. Turn our beautifully creamy, mashed potatoes into a side dish that won't be overlooked.

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Microwave your mash as per the instructions.

  2. Mix in butter and milk until you reach the perfect consistency.

  3. Put the mashed potato into a piping bag, and pipe onto a non-stick tray to create potato swirls.

  4. Place the tray into a preheated oven at 180oC / 160oC Fan Assisted / Gas mark 5 for around 10 minutes, or until the outside has gone crispy.

  5. Serve as an alternative to classic mashed potato or as a canapé.

Try brushing with olive oil before the pop ups go into the oven – they’ll be even crispier.
