Sally Bee's Seasonal Christmas Roasties - not quite as naughty as some, still delicious!

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Preheat your oven to 200C / Gas mark 6.

  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into even sized pices - about a quarter of a mid-sized tuber.

  3. Add them to a pan of cold water and bring them to the boil for around 10 minutes until the potatoes are soft.

  4. Drain the water, shake the pan to roughen the potato edges a little and transfer them to a baking tray.

  5. Sprinkle with the celery salt, garlic powder and drizzle with olive oil.

  6. Roast in the oven for 40 to 50 minutes until crispy and golden.

Best served with Christmas crackers.

2 tsp celery salt
2 tsp garlic powder
4 tbsp olive oil
