Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 200°C (392°F) and let it preheat for a few minutes.
Place the Albert Bartlett Homestyle Chips in the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with olive oil if desired, and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
While the chips are cooking, place the breaded chicken fillets in the air fryer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and cooked through.
In a pan, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the sliced peppers, onion, red chilli, and green chilli. Sauté until the veggies are soft and slightly charred, around 5-7 minutes. Add the paprika, onion granules, chipotle seasoning, salt, and pepper, stirring well to coat the veggies with the spices.
Once the chips and chicken are ready, slice the chicken into strips. Toss the chips and chicken with the sautéed veggies in the pan, making sure everything is well coated with the seasoning.
Plate up your salt and pepper chips with chicken and enjoy the ultimate fakeaway at home!
