Salt and Pepper Loaded Chips

Salt and Pepper Loaded Chips topped with crispy shredded chicken and ready in under 30 minutes featuring our Homestyle chips!

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Season the chicken strips with the listed seasoning and coat with cornflour.

  2. Using a dual air fryer, add the chicken to a tray in a single layer and spray with oil. Set the air fryer to 200c for 10-12 minutes, turn halfway through the cooking time.

  3. Add the Albert Bartlett Homestyle Chips to the second tray, along with the peppers and onions. Spray with a little oil and then add the seasoning mix. Toss to combine. Set the air fryer to 200c for 20 minutes, toss halfway through the cooking time.

  4. Remove the chicken and chips from the air fryer. Place the chips on a plate then top with the chicken.

  5. Garnish with fresh sliced red chillies and spring onion greens (optional).

  6. Enjoy!

1 Pack of Albert Bartlett Homestyle Chips

For the chicken -
1 Chicken breast, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp each of the following- salt, black pepper, garlic granules, onion granules.
1 tsp Cornflour
1 Green pepper, cut into chunks
1 White onion, cut into chunks
1 Red chilli , finely sliced

For the seasoning mix, combine -
1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
1/4 tsp White sugar
1 tsp Garlic granules
1/4 tsp Chilli flakes or mild red chilli powder
1/4 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Salt

Oil for spraying
