Sea Salt and Garlic Air Fryer Crisps

Use up your potatoes and turn them into snacks. Try these quick, easy and delicious air fryer crisps.

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Slice your Albert Bartlett Potato using a mandolin to get even thin discs.

  2. Rinse the potato slices a few times in cold water until the water runs clear to remove the excess starch.

  3. Leave potato slices to soak for 5 mins in the clear cold water.

  4. Drain and then soak in boiling water for a further 5 mins. Drain again.

  5. Lay the potato slices onto some kitchen paper and the pat dry with some more kitchen paper on top to remove as much moisture as possible.

  6. Coat potato slices with some olive oil spray, salt & garlic granules and place in the air fryer. Evenly spread the slices, you don’t want lots of layers or some will cook quicker than others.

  7. Air fry for about 8-12 mins at 180 checking regularly and shaking them about / separating them if they stick together.

  8. When cooked season with some extra salt & enjoy!
