Steak & Air Fryer Fries with Garlic & Rosemary Butter

Simplicity at it’s best! Delicious rump steak cooked in rosemary, garlic and butter. Served with the most delicious skin on fries – Air Fried to perfection in just 12 minutes.

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Place the fries in the air frier and cook for 12 minutes as per packet instructions.

  2. Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat and add the olive oil, when hot, add the steaks and season the top sides with salt and plenty of black pepper.

  3. Add the garlic, rosemary sprigs. Fry for about 2 minutes on each side for rare and 3 minutes on each side for medium. Turn the steaks, add the butter and season the other side. Tilt the pan and spoon the butter over the steaks as you cook them.

  4. Remove the steaks from the pan and set them aside to rest on a board or warm plate, tipping half of the butter over the top.

  5. Serve the steaks with fries, enjoy!

For the marinade:
1 tbsp olive oil
2 rump steaks
Sea salt & pepper (freshly ground)
2 garlic cloves (peeled)
3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
2 tbsp butter

To serve:
Albert Bartlett’s Air Fryer Fries (cooked as per packet instructions)
