Tomato, Mozzarella and Rocket Flatbread Pizza with Homestyle Chips

A healthier alternative to takeaway pizza, perfect with our Homestyle Chips.

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. First, pop the Homestyle Chips into a hot oven and bake until golden and crisp. Sprinkle with a little salt.

  2. Meanwhile, assemble the pizzas. Put each flatbread onto a baking tray, then split the passata between the two and spread all over.

  3. Tear the mozzarella into chunks and dot them over the flatbreads. This will give them a nice authentic pizza look when they cook!

  4. Sprinkle over the oregano.

  5. Put the flatbreads into the oven (turn up to 210°C) for the last 8-10 minutes of the Rooster chips’ cooking time. When the mozzarella has melted and turned golden, they’re ready to eat!

  6. Place the flatbreads onto boards, garnish with the rocket and serve with the Rooster Homestyle Chips.

100g tomato passata
200g mozzarella
10g dried oregano
20g rocket
