Ultimate Fakeaway

This hits the spot as an indulgent dinner ready in 30 mins with 30g of protein and 590 cals per serving.

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Slice the Albert Bartlett Potatoes into chips. Rinse to remove excess starch and parboil in boiling water for 5-6 mins in salted water.

  2. In a pan add a tbsp oil and brown your mince.

  3. Strain potatoes, season with salt, paprika & flour and shake in the pot. Spray with frylight and air fry for 15mins at 200 (shake regularly & add frylight if needed).

  4. Add diced onion, pepper, chilli to the mince and cook until softened (about 3-4 mins).

  5. Add all your spices, tomato purée & garlic. If too dry add a splash of water and simmer on low until your chips are ready.

  6. To make cheese sauce melt your cheese and milk in a bowl in microwave or in a pan. It will look lumpy initially but keep stirring until smooth.

  7. When chips are ready plate up and add spicy mince on top. Follow with cheese sauce and garnish with some parsley if you have any.

  8. Enjoy!
