The First Ever Extraordinary BBQ

Summer is here and so is barbeque season and to celebrate we hosted a potato-inspired soiree where the humble spud featured as the star of the show. Over 60 attendees got a front row seat to this Extraordinary BBQ where we had Stevie McLaughlin, Head Chef at Scotland’s only two Michelin Star restaurant Andrew Fairlie, cooking up a storm on the barbecue. Stevie demonstrated that it’s not all about sausages and burgers and you can create something more delicious than a simple potato salad. Stevie created some show stopping dishes for our guests including:

– BBQ Rooster Wedges with Crispy Shallots and Spring Onion

– Fresh Mango and Mint Butter Gold Potato Salad

– Jersey Royal Parcels with Anchovies and Rosemary

It wasn’t just fresh potatoes that got a chance at the spotlight. Our frozen Homestyle Chips, Classic Fries, and chilled Potato Croquettes also made an appearance at the BBQ, giving our guests the chance to sample our wide range of versatile products which are perfect when hosting events
