In 2018, Albert Bartlett was delighted to acquire Capocci ice cream. The Capocci family has been making premium-quality, Italian-style ice cream in our home town of Airdrie since 1925.

Ernest Capocci, son of the founder Vincent, and his long-serving team are the only people who know the exact recipe of the ice cream. It is currently only available from the Capocci ice-cream shop in Airdrie and from a limited number of selected local outlets, but plans are in progress!
