Albert Bartlett is the UK’s leading grower and packer of potatoes, a family business established in 1948. Job Description

Managing a small team of operators and responsibility for delivering departmental KPI’s. This will include ensuring that all production targets are achieved on a daily basis with the responsibility for all customer service levels and standards. All Team Leaders are responsible for Quality and as such experience of working in a Quality Assurance environment is advantageous. Detailed recording of data both manually and onto ERP system.

Hours Of Work

Monday to Friday 16.15 – 01.00 / 5 days over 7

These are the core working hours and flexibility with start and finish times is required. Flexibility will also be required to include weekend working.

The Successful Applicant

For this role we require candidates to have a strong skill set and a proven background within food manufacturing.

  • Experience working in a Medium / High Care / High Risk Chilled Food environment in a Production related activity
  • People Management skills
  • Able to motivate a team to achieve planned output.
  • Able to communicate with all levels of staff effectively
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office Word, Excel
