Albert Bartlett takes the Health, Safety and Welfare of our employees very seriously and as part of this has undertaken a full review of our Businesses. We have implemented many measures during the current COVID-19 Pandemic and will continue to review new information as it becomes available.
Albert Bartlett has sought to follow Government advice throughout and will continue to do so in order to protect our employees, suppliers and customers. We have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment at all our sites and shared the results with our staff through our workers committees.
- We have cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures in line with guidance.
- Whilst maintaining our critical food industry supply, we have taken all reasonable steps to help people work from home.
- We have taken all reasonable steps to maintain a 2-metre distance in the workplace.
- Where people cannot be 2m apart, we have done everything practical to manage transmission risk.
Albert Bartlett would also like to thank all our staff for their commitment and hard work during this difficult time in order to ensure that all our customers can continue to enjoy potatoes.
