Job Description

This role is for a multi-skilled, electrically bias, Maintenance Engineer. FMCG experience is highly desirable. 

  • Carrying out proactive/reactive maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure limited downtime.
  • Optimisation and improvement of scheduling and undertaking preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic and mechanical faults – with various machinery including but not limited to production and packaging.
  • Minor building and equipment repairs.
  • Eliminating any potential periods of downtime with a proactive approach to daily tasks in a methodical manner.
  • Ensuring due diligence records are eligible and well maintained.

Hours Of Work

Three week rotational shift pattern:

  • Week 1: Dayshift – Monday – Thursday 0600 – 1500 – Friday 0730 – 1630
  • Week 2: Backshift – Sunday 0800 – 1700 Monday – Thursday 1400 – 2300
  • Week 3: Nightshift – Monday – Thursday 2100 – 0730

Flexibility is required and these hours may vary. There is also a requirement to support our Jersey operation between the months of March and August
