Osprey, Rooster
Alongside growing potatoes for us, they also grow barley, wheat and oil seed rape. John also works with a farm in East Kilbride and gets cattle when they are around 4 months old and has them for approx 1.5 years when they go back to East Kilbride for calving.
To continue their commitment to the environment, John & Alan have field corners set aside for weeds to grow and encourage birds and insects.
In their spare time they both enjoy golfing and curling.
