Neil Mackie grows spring barley for malting, as well as potatoes for us. As a farmer he believes it is important to help protect and conserve the environment, and so has introduced grass margins around the fields to help encourage wildlife.
In conjunction with The Royal Highland Education Trust, Neil has also been involved in teaching local school children how to grow potatoes.
