Jersey Royals
Steve and John Baudain grow Jersey Royal potatoes, courgettes, barley, grass and mustard from their family farm in St Lawrence.
As members of LEAF for many years, they follow advice on conserving the local environment, regularly planting wild grasses and flowers. They also help local schools in initiatives to grow potatoes.
