Job Description

Our Quality Controllers ensure that product is always to our Customer Specification. In addition, they promote the benefits of high standards of quality products within the business. They also aid the efficiency of the business by ensuring that product is right first time, every time.

There are various aspects to the role, including:

· Doing peel checks on the product

· Taking QC samples for the shelf-life

· Using handheld scanners to record information

· Completing/Checking paperwork in line with our standard operating procedures

· Communicating with staff/management regarding the quality of product

· Operating a radio to communicate with our Wash Plant Operators/Production Management regarding lines speeds/product being packed

Hours of work: 40 per week

Dayshift: Monday to Friday 08.00 to 16.30 and every third Saturday 08.00 to job finish depending on customer orders

Salary

£8.91-9.23 per hour

Previous quality control experience will add weight to your application
