HIGHLAND CARROTS

Perfect for boiling, steaming and roasting, our gorgeous carrots are grown in the Highlands of Scotland by the Benzie family. The long summer days and fine soils around their farm are perfect for cultivating top quality carrots. To protect them over the winter, they’re covered with a cosy blanket of straw. Then they’re washed and packed using green energy generated by the farm’s own wind turbine. So, these carrots aren’t just orange, they’re ‘green’ too!
