Start by mixing the sliced mushrooms, halved shallots, chopped parsley and oil in a large bowl. Set aside.
Par-boil the new potatoes for five minutes, drain and add to the large bowl.
Mix together and allow to cool slightly before threading onto skewers.
Sprinkle with a little sea salt.
BBQ for about 10 minutes turning occasionally.
