Simply wash, but don’t peel your Butter Gold potatoes. Using a sharp knife cut ridges in the back of the potatoes going half way down, but not cutting right through.
Pop on a baking tray, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with celary salt, freshly ground black pepper and a little smoked paprika.
Put back in a pre-heated at 200°C for 50-60 minutes depending on the size, until soft on the inside and golden on the outside.
