Butter Gold Ridgebacks by Sally Bee

Why not get a bit more creative with your potatoes and give these Ridgebacks a go?!

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Simply wash, but don’t peel your Butter Gold potatoes. Using a sharp knife cut ridges in the back of the potatoes going half way down, but not cutting right through.

  2. Pop on a baking tray, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with celary salt, freshly ground black pepper and a little smoked paprika.

  3. Put back in a pre-heated at 200°C for 50-60 minutes depending on the size, until soft on the inside and golden on the outside.

sprinkle of black pepper
