Albert Bartlett Potato Wedges

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Wash your Albert Bartlett Potatoes, slice them into wedge shapes, and add them to a bowl.

  2. Melt the butter in the microwave for 5 seconds at a time until fully melted.

  3. Finely chop the garlic cloves and parsley.

  4. Coat the wedges with butter and olive oil. Add the chopped garlic, chilli flakes, parsley, salt, and pepper. Give them a good shake to make sure the wedges are fully coated and transfer to a greased roasting tray.

  5. Roast for 35 minutes at 200 C making sure to turn them half-way through.

  6. Garnish with some more parsley and enjoy!
