Salt and Vinegar Potato Slices

Do you like Salt & Vinegar crisps? This twist of a recipe is sure to get your mouth watering and it is perfect for the BBQ

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. 

  2. In a large bowl, toss the Albert Bartlett potato wedges with olive oil, white distilled vinegar, sea salt, and black pepper. Ensure all the wedges are well coated with the mixture. 

  3. Place the potato wedges directly on the grill grates and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and lightly charred on the outside. 

  4. Once the potatoes are done, transfer them to a serving dish. 

  5. Sprinkle the grilled potatoes with an additional pinch of sea salt and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. 

  6. Serve the delightful Albert Bartlett Grilled Salt and Vinegar Potatoes as a scrumptious side dish or appetizer at your next gathering or BBQ.
