Mix all the ingredients for the salt & pepper mix together until fully incorporated.
Add your Albert Bartlett Fries to the oven and cook as per the instructions.
Add the peppers, chilli and onion into a wok on a high heat with a large dash of sesame oil.
Toss through regularly to avoid catching and cook for 10 minutes until softened.
Add the spring onion and cook for a further 2-3 minutes
When the fries are cooked, add them to the wok, and add as much salt and pepper mix as you fancy!
Toss through and serve immediately.
Add a curry sauce to the top if you are that way inclined!

1 star anise
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons msg
1 tablespoon Chinese 5-spice
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon of Ground black pepper
400g Albert Bartlett Frozen Classic Fries
1 green pepper (deseeded and sliced)
1 red pepper (deseeded and sliced)
1 medium brown onion (quartered)
1 red chilli (deseeded and sliced)
1 small bunch of spring onion (finely sliced)
