Salt & Pepper Loaded Fries

Indulge at dinner time with these salt & pepper loaded fries!

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the salt & pepper mix together until fully incorporated.

  2. Add your Albert Bartlett Fries to the oven and cook as per the instructions.

  3. Add the peppers, chilli and onion into a wok on a high heat with a large dash of sesame oil.

  4. Toss through regularly to avoid catching and cook for 10 minutes until softened.

  5. Add the spring onion and cook for a further 2-3 minutes

  6. When the fries are cooked, add them to the wok, and add as much salt and pepper mix as you fancy!

  7. Toss through and serve immediately.

  8. Add a curry sauce to the top if you are that way inclined!

  9. Enjoy

FOR THE SALT & PEPPER MIX:
4 tablespoons sea salt
1 star anise
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons msg
1 tablespoon Chinese 5-spice
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon of Ground black pepper

400g Albert Bartlett Frozen Classic Fries
1 green pepper (deseeded and sliced)
1 red pepper (deseeded and sliced)
1 medium brown onion (quartered)
1 red chilli (deseeded and sliced)
1 small bunch of spring onion (finely sliced)
