Spicy Butter Gold Potato Spaghetti

For this recipe you'll need a spiraliser - these are available at most high street cookware stores and are inexpensive but super useful!

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Wash but don’t peel the Butter Gold potatoes. Spiralise according to your machine directions.

  2. Pop the spiralised potatoes into a large saucepan of boiling water and par-boil for just 5 minutes.

  3. Drain and rinse to wash away all the starch.

  4. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C

  5. Spread the drained potatoes out onto a large baking tray and spray with a little oil. Not much needed!

  6. Now sprinkle with the black pepper and smoked paprika.

  7. Pop in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes, moving around regularly to ensure that all the potatoes become brown and crispy.
