Steamed Butter Gold Potatoes

Steamed Butter Gold potatoes served with sour crème

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Slice the potatoes in to rounds approximately 5mm thick, ready for steaming.

  2. Place in steamer and cook for 20-25 minutes.

  3. Drizzle the olive olive oil mixture over the potatoes when ready.

  4. Top with sour crème.

Drizzle of Olive Oil
Flat Leaf Parsley (as required)
