Rooster
Mark is a member of the Farmway Potato Group in Chirnside, where many of the Rooster and Maris Piper potatoes that he grows are stored. The main work of his business is as contractor to other arable farms. From combining through to bailing and drilling, there are many jobs to keep him busy throughout the year.
