Crispy Cajun Potatoes with a Creamy sweet Feta Dip

Garlic, crispy herbed potatoes served with a creamy whipped feta dip

Cooking PotMETHOD

  1. Cut potatoes into half an inch rounds and transfer into a bowl.

  2. To the potatoes add Cajun seasoning, garlic granules, smoked paprika and a generous drizzle of olive oil. Mix seasonings into potatoes until each potato is evenly coated.

  3. Transfer potatoes into air fryer and cook for 200c for 20 minutes or until cooked through and crispy. (Turn potatoes half way through)

  4. Sprinkle potatoes with salt immediately out of the air fryer.

  5. Whilst the potatoes are in the Air fryer add all the feta dip ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. (Crumble feta before adding to the processor)

  6. Add feta dip to a ramakin and serve with the crispy Cajun potatoes

Crispy Cajun potatoes:
400g Butter gold Potatoes
1 Tablespoon Cajun seasoning
½ Garlic granules
½ Smoked paprika
Drizzle of Extra-virgin olive oil
Salt to taste

Feta Dip:
150g Feta Cheese
4 Roasted garlic cloves
Roasted peppers
2 Tablespoons Greek yogurt
½ Squeeze Lemon
1 Tablespoon honey
½ Tablespoon Milk of choice
Drizzle of Extra-virgin olive oil
